Solid Core Construction – Particle Board Core

There are three core material options for our solid core doors: HMR particle board, MDF, VH grade Foam. All have various benefits which can be chosen to suit the application. These are all MDF faced which give the best paint finish. The internal frame around the door also varies for each core type.

HMR Particle Board Core doors have always got a 30mm hoop pine frame around the perimeter of the door.
